You will need to have a completed CSV document to import. You can either fill in the CSV example template with the relevant data or you select 'List patients in SSNAP assigned to your ambulance trust' and ensure that the SSNAP status is 'Available for data entry'. An extra export button will be displayed if there are records available, this button will export all records available for data entry in the import format. Once the export has been downloaded you should validate the relevant hospital fields in columns A-I and then enter the ambulance data in columns J-P before you import it back into the SSNAP webtool.
Once your data has been entered in the CSV document go to Clinical>ambulance import> Here you test imports and you can import and automatically lock ambulance data. An example of the import fields and Information on the import formatting can be found in the documents below.
The date of arrival MUST be included and match with the SSNAP record.

Please note: The import document should be a CSV file; the attached ambulance import example can be filled in and used to import data. The title of the import document will need to be updated; this should start with your team code.
