Ambulance trusts will only link and enter data for those patients with a SSNAP record already started. A new feature of the webtool will enable each ambulance trust in England to be provided with a download of their patents as assigned by the acute team.
If you work for an acute team, please ensure that you accurately enter information on Question 1.12.1 so that the correct ambulance trust can be identified. The CAS number will be validated as part of this process as once permission has been granted for ambulance teams to see identifiers they will be able to see NHS number and other patient details.
