Ambulance trusts will only link and enter data for those patients with a SSNAP record already started.
For an acute teams, please ensure that you accurately enter information on Question 1.12.1 so that the correct ambulance trust can be identified. The CAD number will be validated as part of this process and once permission has been granted for ambulance teams to see identifiers they will be able to see NHS number and other patient details.
