There are three export functions available to ambulance teams two of which are available in the ‘list patients in SSNAP assigned to your ambulance trust’ section. The third is available in the ‘records entered and locked by your ambulance teams’ section.
- To export cases assigned to your ambulance team:
Go to Clinical > Ambulance data> select ‘list patients in SSNAP assigned to your ambulance trust’> select the time period you want to ‘show’> select the ‘SSNAP status’ you are interested in> select search> Enter a password (minimum 6 characters, one capital letter, includes a number and includes a special characters)> The csv document can be extracted from the zip folder by right clicking: 7Zip> extract here> enter the password previously created. This export displays information entered by acute teams.
- To export for import (This is for ambulance data available for data entry):
Go to Clinical > Ambulance data> select ‘list patients in SSNAP assigned to your ambulance trust’> select the time period you want to ‘show’> set the ‘SSNAP status’ to 'Available for data entry' An extra export button will be displayed if there are records available> enter a password and select this button. once downloaded the csv document can be extracted from the zip folder by right clicking: 7Zip> extract here> enter the password previously created.
This document will have all records available for data entry in the import format. Once the export has been downloaded you should validate the relevant hospital fields in columns A-I and then enter the ambulance data in columns J-P before you import it back into the SSNAP webtool. - To export your locked ambulance data:
Go to Clinical > Ambulance data> select ‘list patients with ambulance data already entered by your ambulance trust’> set hospital to ‘all’> select the time period you are interested in >and set ambulance status to ‘locked’> select search. Enter a password (minimum 6 characters, one capital letter, includes a number and includes a special characters)> The csv document can be extracted from the zip folder by right clicking: 7Zip> extract here> enter the password previously created. This export currently displays data entered by the ambulance team as well as some items entered by the acute team.
