This is how you reverse a record transfer. (please note this was previously referred to as "revoking a record")
If you are the team that transferred the record:
If the record has been transferred to another team but you wish to make a change in the record or amend the transfer destination, you will now need to contact the next team and request they reverse the transfer back to your team following the steps below.
As before, reversing the transfer will delete all data entered at subsequent teams.

If you are the team that received the record:
If a record is transferred to your team incorrectly or the transferring teams requests that you return the record to them to make an amendment (as above) please follow the steps below.
1. If you have entered any data into the record, please make sure you have a record of it as once the transfer is reversed all data entered by your team will be deleted.
2. Click the "Reverse Record Transfer" button at the top of the data entry page
3. A pop up will say this record is being archived. Please note reversing the transfer of the record will archive the record and all data at your team ONLY. The previous team will still have all data they have added, once the transfer is reversed, they will then have access to edit the record and retransfer.
4. Please let the previous team know that you have reversed the transfer and why.
