To register with a team
To register for the new webtool after 1st October, you will need to first register as a user for the current webtool and then request access to the new webtool by contacting the Helpdesk with the details of the team(s) you are registered with.
Please go here for instructions on how to register on SSNAP.
You will then be sent an email from "CaseCapture" inviting you to register on the new webtool.
Please note: You will receive additional emails for each team you are registered with and for each dataset you require access to (e.g. Inpatient, TIA, Other), however you only need to set up your password once.
How leads/second leads can register new users on the new webtool (AVAILABLE SOON)
Please Note: Inpatient teams will have to add new users to both 'inpatient dataset' and 'stroke dataset' to ensure they have access to the team.
Click on 'Sites', then select the dataset from the team you are trying to register the new user to. Also, select the PEN ICON to access the dataset
After the correct dataset is selected, select 'Users' along the menu bar. This will only be available if you are registered as a lead or second lead contact.
On the 'users' page, you can add the new user's email under 'email of user to add' then click the add user button.
A page will pop-up, where you will be able to select the correct role/access for the new user. Please select 'insert' to save.
Once completed, you will be able to see that the new user added to the team.
