On the 1 October, users currently registered as a clinical user and active on the current webtool will be given access to the new webtool. Users will receive an email to the email address they are registered with on the current webtool. The current SSNAP website and webtool will continue to be accessed as now. From 1 October, the new webtool will be accessible via the existing website or via www.new.strokeaudit.org.

- 6 month follow-up assessments for patients who had a stroke before October 2024 should be entered on the current webtool. If the follow-up assessment is completed after 6 months this data cannot be entered.
