Header row keys to help you to understand the values in the SSNAP data export and to ensure that you have the question numbers and questions in your export are available to download at the bottom of this article.
First, make sure you are logged in and then select Stroke dataset button
To export data you will need to click on the “Export” tab at the top of the page.
Please note: for inpatient teams the export tab only appears when you have entered the individual dataset you wish to export on the Inpatient Study Records screen, i.e. the Stroke, TIA or Other dataset.
You will then access the below export page.
- As before you will need to enter a password (further details below)
- You can now select the field you wish to export for the dates selected (NEW)
- You should then enter the dates you wish to export the data between.
Click “Export locked study data to csv”.
You will then be required to re-enter your chosen password before accessing the exported data file.
