The old community reporting periods are:

To align the two community reporting periods with the financial year, the reporting periods from 1 April 2023 will be as follows:

*based on when the patient was discharged by the community team
This will simplify the reporting process for community teams and reduce the number of times you will be required to meet a data locking deadline each year. To account for this change and ensure all data is reported on, an additional report will be produced in June 2023 covering the period October 2022 to March 2023. The data-locking deadline for this report is the 2 May 2023, the same as the existing deadline for the April 2022 to March 2023 annual data, so hopefully this comes as no additional burden to your service.
