The SSNAP webtool remains unavailable. We are working towards a solution which will take some time. We now anticipate that the webtool will remain unavailable until at least 03/07/2026. The data locking deadline for April-June will be shifted from Monday 3rd August to Tuesday 1st September (a month). The audit compliance scores will be amended to account for data entry issues. Metrics related to timeliness of data entry and transfer will be excluded from AC scoring for the April-June period. |

An issue with the SSNAP server has been identified and as such the website and reporting platform are currently unavailable. Our technical teams are actively working on the issue, and we will provide a further updates once we have more information regarding the recovery timeline. We understand that users may be concerned about upcoming deadlines. To ensure that no teams are disadvantaged by this outage, the next SSNAP data locking deadline for the April–June quarter will be extended. Further details of the revised deadline will be communicated once service restoration plans have been confirmed.
