- The SSNAP post-acute DIY WTE analysis tool is available here, this tool is used to see whether teams meet national recommended minimum staffing levels and national medians
- Teams can use the DIY Analysis Tool to run their own reports outside of reporting quarters.
- SSNAP has produced a Health Economics tool for Early Support Discharge (ESD). This tool can be used to calculate the costs and benefits of increasing the percentage of patients discharged with ESD in your team or area.
- The therapy intensity calculator allows users to collect section 4 therapy intensity data ready for entry into SSNAP. It can be accessed here.
