How to add filters to Import/Export specification for Microsoft Excel 2010
First select the column you want to add the filter to then click on “Data” from the menu, then from the drop down find the filter icon. On the column, click the corner icon and from the drop down menu, untick the “(Select All)” and “(Blanks)” and you will be left with only those fields relevant to the import file.
