SSNAP Hospital DIY Analysis Tool
This tool provides teams with SSNAP data analysis for key measures. It has been designed to aide local reporting and to help teams to identify data submission issues and to improve audit compliance and case ascertainment in reporting.
Teams can use the DIY analysis tool to run their own reports outside of reporting quarters. The tool allows to view SSNAP data for locked records over any time frame chosen.

For more 'real-time' results covering the first 72 hours of care, see the Online Indicators view. The 'Online indicators' feature allows you to see your SSNAP data in real-time.
NOTE: The results shown in the tool are only for guidance. They are not a substitute for the statistical analysis carried out centrally by SSNAP. Please see the 'Limitations' tab within the DIY tool, outlining particular areas where results may differ.
Quick start instructions:
Log in to www.strokeaudit.org/
Go to Support tab > DIY analysis tools
Download the DIY analysis tool
Users should then paste the exported data into the DIY analysis tool in cell PASTE DATA HERE (A6):

DIY casemix analysis tool
Available for download at Support > DIY Analysis Tools
This tool provides teams with a breakdown of SSNAP casemix. It compares your case mix to the national case mix cohort for the quarter copied into the tool.
Standardised differences give you information about how different your reported case mix is compared to the national average.
